    • For Gear Heads:

The BAE Audio 1023 Module is completely handwired using Carnhill (St. Ives) transformers. The BAE 1023 Module has the exact same mic/line preamp as the BAE 1073, but with significantly more frequencies in the mid and high sections.  The BAE 1023 Module version will fit into any 10 Series Rack (like a BAE 2 CR or BAE 8 CR) from BAE or vintage Neve 10 Series console.Aside from simply offering more frequency settings to play with, these expanded EQ sections also allow you to play the mid bell curve directly against the high and low shelves where they overlap. This capability opens the tone shaping possibilities in very interesting and musical ways.

      Layman's Terms:

The BAE Audio 1023 is an Authentic Neve 1073 replica with an amazing added 23 Frequencies eq section. It's like a BAE 1073 or Neve 1073 on steroids.  The BAE 1023 gives you an unbelievable amount of tone shaping possibilities.  And of course, all BAE Audio gear is hand-wired, point to point hand-soldered and built here in the USA.  BAE Audio uses no green board like other companies and they are using the most authentic parts to the original Neve 1073 as it gets.
